Mini Meatloaf Recipe
Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef (either 80% or 85% lean meat)
1 Egg
1/4 cup dried, canned bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Big Mixing Bowl
1 9x9 Baking Pan
1 Oven Mitt
Instructions:
Okay, nice, simple and easy.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Simply combine all the ingredients together into the mixing bowl and mix together with your hand (please make sure to wash your hands before AND after mixing).
Make sure everything is mixed together and put the meat mixture into the baking pan and form into a rectangular loaf.
Bake in oven for 40=45 minutes until cooked throughout.
Remove baking pan and meatloaf from oven, while wearing an oven mitt on your hand and set it on the stove to cool.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes and serve
